BESIX qualified as Belgian Top Employer 2023

On Tuesday 17 January the Top Employer Institute awarded BESIX Group the certification as Belgian Top Employer for the fourth time in a row. Each year, the organisation certifies companies worldwide where working conditions are outstanding, workers are stimulated to develop their talents and where equity and inclusion are a reality in the company’s culture. BESIX is proud to count among the Top Employers in Belgium once again.

The label was awarded after an in-depth analysis of BESIX’s HR and people practices, focusing on a variety of themes including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity & inclusion, wellbeing and more. It’s an acknowledgement of BESIX’s efforts to help shape a better work environment. It shows the company's commitment to excellent HR policies and people practices, putting people first. The label is a recognition of the work already accomplished and at the same time an encouraging signal to continue in the right direction.
