Mobi'Park

New depot dedicated to the BUSWAY
Franki Foundations is proud to be involved in a major project in the Liège region: Mobi'Park, a new depot dedicated to the BUSWAY for TEC Liège-Verviers. This ambitious project aims to improve public transport infrastructure and will become the second-largest TEC depot in Wallonia.

Our Role in the Mobi'Park Project

We are responsible for the foundations of the three buildings to be constructed on this site: administration, workshop, and technical control. This large-scale project requires a precise technical approach and foundation solutions that are tailored to the site’s specific requirements.

Technical and Adapted Foundations

The Mobi'Park project involves the installation of 611 piles within a maximum of 6 weeks, a challenge that our teams will meet with professionalism and expertise. The distribution of the piles is as follows:

  • 50% PCS Lambda piles (50 cm diameter, 9 to 11 meters depth)

  • 50% double-rotation piles

These piles are specifically designed to ensure optimal stability while respecting the environmental constraints of the site. Special care has been taken to minimize the environmental impact, making this project both sustainable and responsible.

Collaboration and Partnerships

We are working closely with Galère and Duchêne to successfully complete this project. The final client for this project is TEC, a key player in the public transport sector, and we are honored to contribute to the enhancement of their infrastructure.
