Holcim GO4ZERO Project

Construction of Holcim's new cement plant
Franki Foundations is the piling contractor on this site, placing Omega piles at depths ranging from 14 to 32 meters, with BESIX and DENYS acting as the main contractors for the civil works.

A major step towards a sustainable future

This visionary initiative marks a bold step towards sustainability, with a state-of-the-art cement plant designed to decarbonize operations. In its first phase, the project will reduce its CO₂ emissions by at least 30% and will achieve net-zero by 2029 through comprehensive carbon capture and storage.

Franki Foundations installs more than 1,450 piles, accounting for more than 30 km, and reduces concrete consumption by 50% thanks to optimised engineering.
