In the heart of Brussels, at the intersection of the Place de la Bourse, an imposing building topped by a dome will be completely demolished and then rebuilt, while preserving 90% of its original facades.
The 20,000 m² space will be divided between shops (on three levels), offices (also on three levels) and 55 flats (on the top four floors).
We are excited and proud to be part of the renovation of The Dome Building, a landmark located in the heart of Brussels.
Franki Foundations has been entrusted by CIT Blaton to carry out the deep foundations for this iconic restoration project.
As part of our scope, we are installing over 500 piles, including micropiles using the Klemm 702 machine and Omega piles with a double auger using a Woltmann machine. These specialized foundations will provide the structural support necessary to restore this historic building to its former glory, ensuring its stability for years to come.
Our work is a crucial part of the effort to preserve and enhance one of Brussels' most treasured architectural gems. Through this project, Franki Foundations is proud to contribute to the beautification and preservation of Brussels' rich heritage.
